If in any case you are not 100% happy when you receive your product, we would happily refund or exchange your full priced purchase under the condition the item has not been worn or damaged, and is in its original condition. These standard trading terms apply to all purchases made on hansenandgretel.com. We reject any terms proposed that vary or add to our trading terms. Decisions made by Hansen & Gretel will stand as final.
We will gladly exchange or refund a full price item if we are contacted within one week of receiving the item. Once the return has been noted, the item must be returned back to Hansen & Gretel within 2 weeks of the purchase date at the purchaser’s own expense. Hansen & Gretel will gladly cover postage costs for the first exchange only.
You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
